Keats Community Library
We are next to Keats House which has a large garden, beautiful nearly all year around. Take the overground to Hampstead Heath Station and cross at the zebra crossing and turn right. Then it is the 2nd left.
Also easy from Underground Northern Line - Hampstead - and buses 24, 46, C11, 168 all close by.
As featured in our Top 30 things to see and do in Camden, under Historic Houses.
Keats Community Library is a volunteer run local library, a charity formed by residents to take over the Heath Library.
The library, in a Grade II listed building next to Keats Museum, is open to everyone, 6 days a week, with an excellent selection of up to date books to borrow, daily papers and journals to read, and public access computers. There is a lively children's library with rhyme-time, storytelling, chess classes and creative writing, and occasional puppet and magic shows. Adults can also enjoy regular evenings events with author talks, celebrities "in conversation", and music recitals.
