Bejewelled: Badges, Brotherhood and Identity is the largest public exhibition of masonic badges or 'jewels' ever displayed in the UK. From three centuries and around the world, the beautiful craftsmanship that the jewels display is only matched by the story behind each one.

For the month of November, artist Tom James will be in residence at Arts Catalyst, attempting to build an anaerobic digester in the gallery, and turning the centre into a temporary, low-tech, off-grid gas works.
The cello is an amazing musical instrument, used in diverse musical settings, and comes in all sizes, suitable for learners as young as 3-4 years old.
We run regular taster sessions for young participants (ages 4 to 12 years-old). Parents welcome too.
