Holborn & Covent Garden

Offering a wide range of entertaining activities, from theatre to shopping and fabulous dining, Holborn and Covent Garden stand for quality and fun.

Situated in central London between the West End and the City, there's plenty to attract people to the Holborn area, including numerous restaurants and cafes offering international cuisine to suit all palates as well as many bars and pubs.

The area is steeped in history including real gems such as The Sir John Soane Museum in Lincoln's Inn Fields – an architectural and artistic dream palace - and St Etheldreda’s Church in Ely Place, not forgetting the many references to the area in the works of Dickens. Shop till you drop within one of the many independent retailers in the area including arts and design bookshop Magma and umbrella specialist James Smith & Sons. If all that leaves you feeling tired head to the Aveda Institute Salon and Spa. On a sunny day you can take a splash in the outside pool at the Oasis Leisure Centre near Covent Garden.

Speaking of Covent Garden, this is a must do for many London tourists. Well known for its street entertainment, restaurants and the many theatres, there's always plenty to see, do and eat! Neal Street in particular is noted for its large number of shoe shops while the colourful Neals Yard is a mecca for cheese aficionados and fans of Neal's Yard Remedies. The Seven Dials area nearby is home to seven streets of independent boutiques, heritage brands, vintage stores and indulgent beauty and grooming salons. It's fair to say that there really is something for everyone.
