Friends House contains 32 event and meeting rooms, including The Light - the largest auditorium in the Euston and King's Cross area which seats up to 1000 delegates. We also host suitable events in our bookshop.
We are committed to being a sustainable and environmentally friendly venue. Since 2009, we have reduced our carbon footprint by 29% and have managed to produce zero landfill waste year upon year. We also have two beehives on our roof to benefit the ecosystem of the local area and our efforts have been recognised by the Camden Climate Change Alliance. Originally designed for Quaker annual gatherings, The Large Meeting House has been transformed into a truly inspiring venue for London called The Light. This standalone venue is located within Friends House and has a capacity of up to 1,000 delegates. The stylish and contemporary event facilities of The Light include a dedicated entrance and reception for privacy. The Light has the capacity to host a variety of configurations, from theatre and cabaret style meetings to graduations, product launches and exhibitions. In addition to The Light auditorium, Friends House has 31 individual meeting rooms and event spaces which can be arranged to suit your needs. All our meeting rooms have WiFi access and a wide range of AV equipment is available to hire.
