4. Eat, drink and be merry at the Skip Garden Fire Feast, 9 December
Live music, disco beats, fires and cosy candle-lit areas makes this a night not to be missed. Tickets (£18) includes three portions of food and a cup of rum chai.
5. Dine with mulled wine at the Wellcome Kitchen, 15 December
Accompanied with the Wellcome Trust Choir, this late night opening at the Wellcome Collection is a great chance to pick up some unusual gifts, alongside some tasty food and tipples. Two courses and a glass of prosecco for £22.
6. Buy a Christmas Tree! 12 - 17 December
We can’t think of anything more festive than buying a Christmas tree, and this year you can choose yours at the Hygge Christmas Market, Kings’ Cross, and support children’s charity Coram whilst you’re at it. The tree forest is organised by King’s Cross restaurant The Lighterman, who will also deliver your chosen fir to your home or office at no extra charge.
7. Listen to Festive music at the British Museum, 16 December
This concert with British Library singers celebrates festive music from a variety of different cultures amidst the beautiful architecture of the British Museum.
