Over ten years of quantitative and qualitative research, author Adam Kingl studied if Gen Y’s paradigms of work, careers, business and leadership are indeed different from other generations, as so many are observing, and what those paradigms are. Second, how might leaders better manager their Gen Y workforce to enhance their engagement and retention? Third, as Gen Y assumes the c-suite and they apply their long-held paradigms to their organisation, then how will our world of work evolve?
Adam Kingl is an author, speaker educator and consultant. He is Adjunct Faculty at Ashridge – Hult International Business School. Previously, Adam was the Regional Managing Director, Europe at Duke Corporate Education, Duke University, and the Executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions at London Business School.
