Camden in Bloom – celebrating creativity and biodiversity
Now that summer has officially started, it’s time to show off Camden’s natural beauty – from bee gardens to hanging baskets. We want to recognise Camden’s best gardeners at this year’s Camden in Bloom competition – the people, business and communities who make Camden a beautiful and friendly place for people and nature to coexist.
This year’s categories are as follows:
• Best individual front garden – there’s no ‘i’ in team, but there is a ‘me’
• Best communal / community garden – many hands make light work in this category
• Best business garden – this can include a pub frontage, a green wall, or roof garden
• Best green corner – for those who do a lot with a little space
Apply online at www.camden.gov.uk/camden-in-bloom, applications close Sunday 28 July.
Winners will receive a certificate and gift basket at a reception with the Mayor of Camden, with thanks to our sponsors: Alara Cereals, Camden Garden Centre, and idverde.
