Do you enjoy spending time in nature? Perhaps you exercise outdoors, walk your dog, like to watch birds from your window or enjoy walking in the fresh air? Have you benefited from Hampstead Heath and other green spaces during the pandemic? 

Inspire others and celebrate being in nature and local green spaces by taking part in our video competition. 

Prizes of £100 for winning entries and £50 for runners up for each age group (under 13s, 13-17, 18+) in two categories:

• Love the Heath
• Being in Nature

The best entries will be shown as part of Hampstead Heath's 150th anniversary celebrations.
