We will be working with the Friends of St George's terrace Nature Garden to look after this little wildlife refuge gem. The Green Gym® is a unique way to get fit, transform the environment, meet new people and learn new skills. Each day starts with a warm up and finishes with a cool down before and after a range of light to vigorous activities, designed to suit all abilities.The Green Gym is Exercise to make a Difference! They are fun and free outdoor sessions to help us keep active, improve our health and learn about practical conservation. No experience necessary, just Join in and feel good!

Meeting Place: Exit Chalk Farm Tube Station and turn right on Adelaide Road, take first left onto bridge approach, continue over bridge along Regent’s Park Road, take fourth road on your right onto St Georges Terrace (NW1 8XH)

We strongly recommend that you wear sturdy boots with a good grip and clothing suitable to outdoors work. Please dress appropriately for the weather conditions (We work in both rain and shine!) on the day and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. In this warmer weather, we advise our volunteers to bring bottles of water with them, sun-cream and sun hats. Please book in advance if it is your first time. 14-17 year olds are welcome providing they bring a parent/guardian consent from filled in advance - please contact the organiser.
