Camden People’s Museum is an ever-growing digital collection of art, history and community celebrating the culture of Camden.
The museum collects stories of Camden's people, places, heritage and creativity. It presents a wide range of exhibits from art, statues and memorials, music, fashion and activism to stories from our estates and neighbourhoods. We celebrate unique people who have contributed to Camden's diverse and important history and society. We uncover hidden stories that may have been overlooked. We also delve into stories that may be contested or challenging in order to present balanced and reflective narratives.
Camden People's Museum works with residents, specialists and artists to develop content. We aim to share Camden's extraordinary history and diversity with our communities and visitors through creativity, dialogue and celebration.
